Holly, our cruise planner, was extremely helpful. Our outbound flights to Africa were rerouted over several days and our return flight was cancelled and it took three extra days to get home. Holly helped us with flights, hotels and details. So appreciated, as the entire trip was memorable.

I have been meaning to write to you since we got home to let you know that our trip was incredible! Thank you so much for your help in getting everything planned for us. All went very smoothly, transfers, flights, rail passes, tours, accommodations were well planned. Craig enjoyed the tours to Normandy. Bayeux was certainly a highlight! Other highlights included a day trip from Brussels to Bruges, the Louvre, Versailles and while not the most pleasant but certainly the most important, our visit to Dachow. Very moving. Holly Richardson was recommended to me by a co-worker. I made contact via email and told her my lifelong dream of visiting Australia. I'm older so I really just had two things I wanted to do (visit the Great Barrier Reef and Australia Zoo), and anything else was gravy. Holly asked about my budget, time frame and so forth then got to work. Because I didn't want a cookie cutter trip, she enlisted the assistance of a company in Australia to help build a custom package just for me. I'm not a wealthy person. I saved for about a dozen years to be able to do this. I wasn't positive I had saved enough but Holly felt she could work with my budget. So imagine my surprise when I received the first, proposed itinerary and realized that the entire trip was five-star all the way! I got everything I asked for and more! She set me up with a wonderful, eco friendly company that does snorkeling tours on the Great Barrier Reef. She arranged private transportation to/from airports and accommodations, she booked me into the Crocodile Hunter Lodge (which was freaking amazing) and even helped arrange the end the trip with a four-day cruise to Tasmania!
In addition to all the arrangements for the trip, Holly was invaluable as an adviser on things like passports, Visas and insurance. That was so appreciated by this novice traveler!
And if all that wasn't enough, when I arrived at my first destination, Holly had arranged for wine, bread, fruit, cheese and other treats to be in my bungalow when I walked in! Holy cow!
I am completely amazed at what Holly did for me! And what's more, we literally did the entire process via email! We don't even live in the same state! We've never met in person or spoken over the phone, yet this lady immediately understood the assignment and literally made my dreams come true! Thank you Holly! Six of us traveled on Azamara Cruise Line. Jump off point was Venice and ended in Athens. Other countries visited Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, the island of Corfu and our own add on, the island of Hydra. Holly Richardson was our coach from day one up until and including while we were on the cruise. We could NEVER have pulled this off without her assistance. She was more than patient considering our hundreds of questions over that past year!!

Alaska was our destination; through the interior for a “sampler” of all that great State and the Yukon has to offer. Glacier tours by boat, Goldstar service by train, the beauty of Denali, history and culture while leaving all the driving, travel details, navigating and logistics to the excellent and efficient tour manager. We journeyed over 2,200 miles in 13 days through some of the most remote and unique places in the world over roads that few people travel. Holly has a great way of understanding the likes and needs of her clients, Her caliber of service is consistent. 18 years ago, Holly planned our honeymoon. And we are thrilled that she is with Cruise Planners. My daughter and I just came back from a Disney World girls trip. We had an awesome time.
We also just booked a Disney Cruise and another Disney World family trip in a few months with Holly’s help. Originally didn’t think about doing the Disney Cruise portion. But Holly suggested it because the reason of the trip is to celebrate several milestone events in our family. What a brilliant suggestion. I’m so happy we did the upgrade. Can’t wait for this trip.

The trip was fantastic! The food was great, the amenities on the ship were first class. Everyone was polite and professional. The room was very clean and well maintained. Everything from boarding to departing was first class. would recommend to anyone. The only comment that I would make is, if you take the tour of Panama City and check out the museum, I hope you can read Spanish. The entire museum displays were in Spanish. I went on this cruise specifically to see the museum and was not able to enjoy it.Seems weird that they want Americans to spend their money there and don't have electronic interpreters to enjoy their history The trip was fantastic! I have been on lots of cruises with my husband but this Italian cruise was my first since his passing. My daughter and I cruised on Azamara Journey through Italy. I could not have done it without Holly’s help. I never realized how much has to be done for a trip to go seamlessly....Holly was so good, so patient and so thorough. I’d be at the freaking out stage but 1 email from Holly and all was great again.
